Evan Bayh has been frustrated that he can't be enough of a fucking douchebag as a Blue Dog and gumming up Congress with his nonsense and has decided to "kick things up a notch:" retire so that a Republican can take his place. Perfect. Will be interesting to see how Lieberman tops this.
