Grilled Cheez

For some reason I've never been able to make a great grilled cheese sandwich. I guess I should add this to my "things I suck at" list.

HAHAHAHA!! "For some reason"...yes, it's a big surprise, as if I'm usually so good at doing things other than continually disproving Say's Theory that that commodities are produced as a means to acquire other commodities. Fucking christ.

But maybe THIS little bag of notes will help me next time I try.

And yes, if you put jam on your grilled cheese, you're a loser.
