I just watched Julia Child make an english muffin from scratch. My mind? Blown. I had no idea humans could actually make english muffins - I don't know where I thought they came from, but I assumed they just appeared from some magical factory that we weren't privy to.
Tip: never cut an english muffin with a knife. Always use a fork and pull apart.
