Spending Cut Blues

Idealogically there's a lot to roll your eyes about the House's proposed spending cuts that are pretty much guaranteed to cripple any chance of economic growth in the future, all in the name of making stupid people bark like seals, but one thing in particular has jumped out at me:

Alaska Native Education Equity -$33.3M

From the little bit I've seen about Alaska, I'd say they need every cent they can get for education.
