To add something to my post below, rather sexily titled "Rape You," the point is that before Congress wastes any more time making it easier to date rape, they need to make sure people have JOBS. After all, if I don't have a job, I have no money - how the hell can I take a girl on a date if I have no money? What'm I supposed to do: ask her out, and then surprise her at her front door with some chloroform? I feel like it doesn't really count unless we've gone on an actual date; it seems only fair that she gets a meal and a movie out of me, no?
CONGRESS: DO THE RIGHT THING!! J O B S!!!!!!!!!!!!!
