Freedom Riders

I'm looking forward to watching Freedom Riders on American Experience when I have more time over the weekend, but I will say what an incredible reminder such a documentary is that the period of time between the abolition of slavery and the Freedom Riders is longer than that of the writing of the US Constitution and the abolition of slavery.
