Sniffy is hoping to meet with Margaret Thatcher (or, as Sniffs calls her, "The Queen.") You know, because they're so much alike.
I'd love to ask her what she thinks about Thatcher, but I know that replying to "I so admire her" with "Really? How come?" would just be yet another liberal elitist "gotcha!" question, so I won't even bother.
