Something I've Learned Today

If an avocado inexplicably finds it's way into my hands, I have no idea how to eat it.

Italian toast, butter, and thin slices of fresh avocado.

Delicious!

And high in fat!

The avocado must be soft -- not unripe and hard -- for this to work. Oh, and add maybe a little bit of salt.
