Weinergate

The best part about the Anthony Weiner thing is when was the last time you heard an Arnold Schwarzenegger joke?  Exactly.  I PROMISE YOU that within a year Arnold will be paid $25M to star in some piece of shit action movie that people will flock to by the zillions.  Meanwhile, people are miffed Tiger Woods is sitting out the US Open, Newt Gingrich is running for president, Bill Clinton is the beloved "president of the world", and for some reason David Vitter continues to receive a paycheck from US taxpayers to be a US Senator.  The only person people seem to stay mad at is John  Edwards, and if you talk about him for more than 30 seconds the words "$400 haircut!" inevitably comes up.

There's pretending to be mad at someone so you can try to make people think that you're a better Christian than them, and then there's actual resentment.
