So the GOP, after winning Congress upon the pledge of "JOBS! JOBS JOBS!"and then spending their first first few months in office heroically battling abortion and gays in the military, find themselves in a "debate" about the debt ceiling.
Congratulations GOP, you have officially become the Major League All-Star Game: a meaningless game made up of unserious players who normally wouldn't count, but may completely ruin everything thanks to the winner getting home field throughout the World Series thing. Well done.

I don't remember the time wasted of which you speak. The GOP always thinks about the dollars. The difference is that the Democrats are always thinking only about spending those dollars to advance their social agenda. When the GOP wants to withhold the dollars from wasteful greens and women's study art shows, it is consistent with their concerns. YORF
