The Afghan War turned 10 years old today, meaning in 11 years it'll be able to buy a drink. As well as setting the record for longest American war, it also holds the record for being a war without anyone noticing or giving a shit, which is a tricky thing to do. Bombs are noisy as shit. At least Vietnam had a great soundtrack - so far, all we've gotten out of this one is a pretty good episode of
Louie.
