Jeff Bagwell, Jeromy Burnitz, Vinny Castilla, Juan Gonzalez, Brian Jordan, Barry Larkin, Javy Lopez, Edgar Martinez, Don Mattingly, Fred McGriff, Mark McGwire, Jack Morris, Bill Mueller, Terry Mulholland, Dale Murphy, Phil Nevin, Rafael Palmeiro, Brad Radke, Tim Raines, Tim Salmon, Ruben Sierra, Lee Smith, Alan Trammell, Larry Walker, Bernie Williams, Tony Womack and Eric Young.I loves me some Bernie, but there's no one on this list that jumps out as a HOF shoo-in. I thought Barry Larkin for a second, but after checking, his numbers are underwhelming. I mean, Tony Womack? Rueben Sierra? Really? In his defense, Sierra apparently has the record for most numbers worn in an MLB career.
Jesus; it looks like an international phone number. HERE'S a really good article on the strange case for Jack Morris (also interesting - a pitcher hasn't gone in since 1999.)
But of course SOMEone from this list will get in, because they don't like to have a year when no one gets in, so guys like Goose Gossage get in. It's absurd, but then again there's almost nothing about the Hall of Fame, in any sport, that makes sense. Even Ralph Sampson finally getting in the NCAA college basketball one...I mean, three-time player of the year, and it takes 30 years to get in? Wtf?

Um, Bert Blyleven and Goose Gossage are recent members of Cooperstown.
