This film chronicles the African American artistic movements that took place in the Fort Greene area of Brooklyn during the 1980s-1990s. The film includes Spike Lee, Chris Rock, Rosie Perez, Branford Marsalis and Saul Williams.Intoxicating mix of the tangible contagiousness of artists, black nerds, and streets/shops/restaurants I walk by whenever I go to Big Bear's. Awesome.
