Over at Sully they're wondering who Romney's vice president might be, and have stumbled upon John Heileman pointing out a guy he describes thusly:
A former congressman, U.S. trade representative, and head of the Office of Management and Budget under George W. Bush, Portman has as firm a grasp of fiscal issues as anyone in Washington.
"head of the Office of Management and Budget under George W. Bush" and "firm a grasp on fiscal issues"? Really? In the same sentence? Why not brag about being the head chicken in Kentucky while the Colonel was putting together his 11 herbs and spices?
