Curious.

13 people in the history of the NFL have registered over 1,000 tackles. 12 of these are currently eligible for the Hall of Fame, yet only 4 are in. WTF? Also curious re: they're all fairly recent players.

Maybe more curiously, 2 of these 13 went to  UVa, which is not exactly a historical bastion of college football excellence (but hella great English department, I've heard!)
