Gleyb!

In a baseball world almost completely made up of standing around waiting for home runs and strikeouts, it's refreshing to see a heads-up baserunning play like this. (Don't fret - minutes later the Atros hit a 3-run bomb to make sure a play like this never ever matters grrrrr 😡)

It's the best base-running play I've seen a Yankee make since Johnny Damon in the 2009 World Series, which made this list of Baseball's All-Time Smartest World Series Plays Ever. (Also, #4 was Mickey Mantle's incredible heads-up play that, unfortunately for Yankees fans, set the table for Bill Mazeroski's heroics just minutes later.)
