I like how *shocked!* everybody is that a supreme court of which a full third of its members are The Chosen Ones of The Guy Who Stared Straight Into a Solar Eclipse *somehow!* didn’t have the discipline to not leak a court decision within about zero seconds. Yes, totally surprising.
