An Open Letter to Hill Country Barbecue Market

Dear  Hill Country Barbecue Market:

Please don’t say “yes” when someone asks you if something is mashed potatoes when it turns out to be potato salad. 

Be better.

Well, or at least just say “no” the next time someone points to a pile of potato salad and asks if it’s mashed potatoes.
