Pathetic old loser suddenly sets up camp outside his high school girlfriend's house saying he's gonna starve himself until they get back together and it's mostly vignettes of people all around the town talking about them & just telling funny stories about all the other funny characters in the town and in the end do they get together or don't they who knows.
