Eat This

I put together a rough cut of the ongoing WHAT'S THE BEST REGIONAL DISH? bracket over at Eater and besides this being a vaguely not-so-interesting tournament (are these really the hidden gems of inside baseball "regional" picks a Food Network fan of the 90s/early 00s such as myself would aspire to?) And as excited as I was to start, I pretty quickly saw "oh look big surprise it's gonna come down to the NY slice of pizza and the bacon, egg & cheese, both incredibly ubiquitous & incredibly incredible for anyone who's lived there more than 10 minutes.
