Questions About THE OFFICE. I Have Them.

Was Toby bad at his job? From Season 2's episode Michael's Birthday:

Kevin has come to Toby, the HR rep, to go over the company health insurance while awaiting result for skin cancer test:

Toby: Honestly Kevin, is there any way you can get on your fiancée’s plan? Our health plan is s... just... it's terrible.
Ummmmmmmmm, hey genius? Skin cancer for Kevin is now a pre-existing condition & so the cost of treatment would be rejected (2006 was a cold, cold world people!) and instead of having to deal with vaguely crappy company health insurance Kevin would be driven into bankruptcy and lose his house, so....dafuck, Toby? 🤔🤷‍♂️

Dammit Toby no wonder Michael hated you!!!
