Xmastime, Short Film Critic

I gotta say, I'm a little disappointed in this...when I saw it pop up I wanted to 10000% fall in love with it since it seems to be everything I love all together in 4 minutes: appearances by several British national treasures, Christmas in England & of course the delicious Keira Knightly at the peak of what seems to be an eternal high tide.

So they had me all set on third base from the start, but in the end it's just...her brother?...a dilemma of which could've been solved in 2 seconds with a simple playful/not-so playful honest question...?

Disappointing.

When I saw he had spelled I LOVE YOU out on the pie crust I assumed it was gonna turn into a Love Actually thing with him showing pie crust after pie crust message to Knightly. That would’ve been great. That’s what I woulda done. Oh well.

Still very Christmassy to watch, so what the hell I'll give it a 2.75 Xmas Trees out of 5.
