Good Eats Slice Alert!

Earlier HERE I mentioned mt allegiance to Alton Brown, and on Tuesday HERE I wrote about learning why it's best to store fried chicken in a bucket, and now I see that at 8pm on The Food Channel the very episode of Good Eats I learned that from is coming on ("Fry Hard II"). Maybe my all-time favorite episode. Neeeeevermore!  :)
