Tits Up II

I mentioned my theory that our domestic policy is one of TITS UP in THIS POST. Basically, we never do anything in this country anymore until it's already a fucking disaster. What would finally get us off our asses re: global warming? If THIS finally happened to us. Then, and ONLY THEN would we decide "gee, we should do something about this!!"
