Giddy

Today I was flipping through a magazine ("doin' the ol' flippity-flip!") and came across (waaaaatch it!!!!) a recipe for biscuits...hollowed out and stuffed with mashed potatoes!!!! What the fuck!?!?!?!!? How the FUCK have I not heard of this? How did I not come up with this myself?? Fuck!!! Much like twice-baked potatoes, why isn't this shit everywhere?

Anyways. Collecting my breath here.

This whole thing has gotten me in the mood (dimming lights) for an upcoming dinner (yes, probably with celebs) at Brooklyn Star. Which, I just realized, has maybe the greatest logo for a restaurant in history. Hey ho, let's fucking eat!
