Today I was flipping through a magazine
("doin' the ol' flippity-flip!") and came across
(waaaaatch it!!!!) a recipe for biscuits...hollowed out and stuffed with mashed potatoes!!!! What the fuck!?!?!?!!? How the FUCK have I not heard of this? How did I not come up with this myself?? Fuck!!! Much like
twice-baked potatoes, why isn't this shit everywhere?
Anyways. Collecting my breath here.
This whole thing has gotten me in the mood

(yes, probably with celebs) at
Brooklyn Star. Which, I just realized, has maybe the greatest logo for a restaurant in history. Hey ho, let's fucking eat!
