Platon
Some photographer named Platon was on Charlie Rose tonight; usually I turn my nose up at photographers, I mean, who cares, anyone can take a picture, right? So I wasn't really paying attention until I heard him say the name John Lewis, which made my brain snap to attention, and then he mentioned Rev. Shuttlesworth, and it occurred to me this person is someone to pay attention to, and it took me HERE. Beautiful photos, beautiful text. Hard, yet freeing truths:

Sorry Xmastime, but you're wrong. Anyone can take a picture, but only a dedicated artist can make a photograph that makes you look at life differently
