Chick at Nite

The Food Network has become so absurd, with it's stupid "we're sassy in the kitchen!" and "lookit my titties!" programming, that looking back on it's show from the early 2000s has a whimsical feel, as if we're watching Nicka t Nite for food. And so there's something beautifully poignant and iconic about watching the Dean of Fried Chicken John T. Edge fry his sweet tea-brined chicken back in 2004.
