Apollo Theater and, Remarkably, Buddy Holly

The Apollo Theater turned 90 years old this week and unfortunately for everybody involved it turns out I am the whitest person in the history of Earth since the second I heard this little tidbit of information the first thing I thought of was Buddy Holly playing there, as told below by the delectable Jackée. I knew about them being the first white act to play there, but I didn't know they dedicated an entire night to him in 1992.
