When you think of the revolving door cast at the end of
The Cosby Show you assume that as soon as the show ended in 1992 Cliff Huxtable finally had the empty nest he'd done nothing but dream about since the beginning of the show 8 years earlier, but in reality if Rudy was 5 when the show started in 1984 then theoretically she still didn't come off the books until presumably 2001, a full nine years after the end of the show.
