Litterbugz

I just noticed that every trash can out on the streets has a sign that says "LITTER GOES IN TRASH CAN ONLY"....what? Doesn't trash only become "litter" when it's NOT placed in the trash can? Isn't that THE VERY DEFINITION of litter, actually? Who's behind this one - are Isiah Thomas and James Dolan running the Sanitation Dept here too???

Solemn patriotic music is playing as you ride your bike, or maybe a quadracycle with a flag flying, through littered streets of Your Town, USA. Maybe you're pushing the stroller. I don't know.
The narrative comes in: "Some people have a natural deep abiding respect for the natural beauty that was once this country..." I don't know how you want to do it but you could do it in slow motion. turn, revealing the tear, or maybe a black eye for trying. Something like that.
