Too Tough to Die

I've been talking with my friend Brian ("Big Party") about Too Tough to Die, which is (rightfully) considered to be the last great Ramones record. But I'm irritated that it could be an AMAZING album if they cut out Endless Vacation and Planet Earth 1988 and inserted the astoundingly awesome "why was this left off?" outtake Smash You. A la:
