This performative "keep DC out of my state!" nonsense has gone on long enough. Arkansas gets 40% of its funding from DC, can't we give Sanders the opportunity to reject it?

Can't we have a full-on 100% live session broadcast during which each state, every year, gets to verbally agree to either receive their allotted federal money, or reject it? Then these fucking blowhards have to be on record as cleaving to the fucking teat with both hands and lips once and for all, taking out the bombast of such ridiculous shit as Sanders (and to be far pretty much every other fucking Republican on any given day) with crap like this.
