Cell Update

A coupla years ago HERE I ranted re: the second your cell phone starts ringing, usually to some annoying fucking song, your job is to answer your phone as quickly as possible so nobody else has to hear that shit. Don't sit there and stare at the name calling - answer it or turn it off.

The other day however, I was taking a car service, and the driver's cell rang, and I learned something new. If your cell ringer song is Superfreak, you don't hafta answer so quickly. You can let that one ride out for a minute or two. Hell, I'm not a monster, I'm trying to put together an enjoyable life over here. I have fucking ears, after all. Let it ring!
