A Hard Day's Face-Plant

Yesterday I pointed out the craziness that was George Harrison falling flat on his face during the intro scene for A Hard Day's Night and merely bouncing back up, but this video points out something I've never noticed before (tho I've only watched the film 19,003 times), some poor girl getting COMPLETELY wiped out, face first. Who was this girl? Was she alright? Is she still alive, can we find her? Does she tell this story every day, driving everyone she knows bananas?
