Oh, Goody....

Girl I was ridiculously in love with a few years ago is visiting NYC for the weekend. Coming in at midnight, she wants to come to Brooklyn (with her 4 girlfriends) and see Xmastime. Pretty much for the first time since 2003. What will Xmastime do? Show her how suave, smooth and cosmopolitan he has become and sweep her off her feet? Start drinking at 4pm and throw up in her pocketbook? Hmmm...it's a mystery!!! If I had a brain I'd choose "C" and not answer the fone when she calls. No chance of that, of course. Better chance of "D": spend the next two years desperatly trying to get her to fall in love with me, cutting my nuts off and putting them in a nice foie gras sauce, simmering til fork tender. Again. Sigh. Looking forward to this. Christ.

You knw who always cheers me up, just thinking about him in times like these? This guy:
