The one thing that McDonald's sucks at?

In a move to shorten my already questionable life expectancy, McDonald's will start serving breakfast all day next month. Matt Yglesias points out
one of the many reasons this is awesome:
Even at the chain's peak, nobody seriously thought those were the best
burgers in the world. In terms of ground beef patties, McDonald's has
always been selling convenience and price more than actual food.
Reasonable people can disagree as to whether the best fast food burgers
are at Shake Shack or In-N-Out or Five Guys or Smashburger, but nobody
thinks McDonald's is in the number-one position.
