Ringo Starr, whose legendary gastrointestinal issues have recently been reveled to include being the reason why he's never had a pizza in all his almost 85 years on this planet, on when The Beatles went to Rishikesh in 1968:
I took two suitcases with me, one of clothes and the other full of Heinz beans.
Being such a huge fan of grocery store packaging, kitchen sink British culture and The goddam Beatles I can’t believe it's taken me until now to buy some British Heinz beans from the "exotic!" British section. I have no desire to actually EAT them - especially since it's $5/can - but the label is so iconic I'm definitely gonna have them on display with one or three of my thirteen Beatles drink coasters. 😜
